Medical Business Systems is written in Microsoft's Visual FoxPro.

It is easy to use, secure and follows a commonsense approach to generating Estimates and Invoices, handling payments, producing outstanding accounts whilst delivering you up to the minute reporting of your banking, billing revenue and GST obligations.

A single PC can adequately accommodate the workload of 1-5 Doctors. If you want to run a single PC we recommend Windows Vista Ultimate, a Pentium 4 with at least 1GB RAM. We support the Group environment (unlimited number of Doctors) with a dedicated Server with as many workstations as necessary networked together using only Microsoft Windows SBS 2008.

The cost of a licence* to use Medical Business Systems for a single doctor is $2500.00 (ex GST).

Groups of doctors attract greater discounts – up to 40%.

For the initial month after purchase a "System Start Up" service operates which provides comprehensive support (telephone, email & dial up) during this "initiation" period. This change over time is crucial to your business and we have a commitment to fulfilling your need.

Installation is simple. We install the software for you. If you so desire, by arrangement, one of our own staff can perform on site training albeit a comprehensive and easy to read Users Manual is included with every purchase to have you "up and running" confidently.

A yearly "Maintenance Contract" for continued use and support of the software must be established. Currently, the yearly contract fee is $700.00 (ex GST) per Doctor (discounted for Groups). This ensures continued support and ensures that updates to standard Medical Business Systems program and relevant Schedule and "no gap" fees are provided to you.

We support users across Australia. Normally telephone or email support will answer your question or solve your problem but, if required, we can "remote connect" to your PC via broadband. It is a very secure and fast method to give "live" support.
